Using SolidWorks 3D CAD, we create fully defined assemblies, fabrication drawings and parts lists in accordance with AS 1100 drafting standards. Models can be supplied as native SolidWorks or neutral formats such as STEP and IGES for collaboration with other design or manufacturing teams. We also convert hand sketches and legacy drawings into clean, editable 3D geometry suitable for analysis, printing or CNC manufacture.
Mechanical performance is validated through detailed calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Each analysis considers appropriate load cases, boundary conditions and material properties to confirm that stresses and deflections remain within safe limits. Where required, results are compared against relevant Australian Standards to demonstrate compliance and provide a sound basis for RPEQ certification if needed.
